Comfort Securities to enter capital markets

Comfort Securities IPO Mumbai based Comfort Securities is proposing to enter capital markets with an initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 9.50 million of Rs 10 each for cash to the existing equity shareholders of the company.
The company has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with market regulator, The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Dalmia Securities and Bigshare Services are helping the company in the process of raising funds from the market.
