Indo Thai Securities opens at Rs. 76

Indo Thai Securities , a stock broking firm, touched a high of Rs 83.70 in the early trade after opening at Rs 76 as against issue price of Rs 74 on listing day. However, it could not manage to hold that early gains for long, falling 2.5% to Rs 72.2 on the National Stock Exchange at 9:42 hours IST.

The company’s Rs 29.6 crore IPO was opened for subscription during September 30-October 5.

Indo Thai Securities Limited provides various financial services to corporate clients, high net worth individuals, and retail investors in India. The company provides equity brokerage services and commodity brokerage services in cash and futures segments, as well as distributes initial public offerings and mutual funds. It also provides fundamental and technical research services; depository services; and currency future trading services. The company was incorporated in 1995 and is headquartered in Indore, India.

Furthermore, ITSL extends its services as Depository Participant (DP) and is registered as a DP of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). ITSL also started Mutual Fund Service System (MFSS) & Interest Rate Futures (IRF) through National Stock Exchange (NSE). Apart from stock broking and depository services, ITSL is involved into proprietary trading activities in the equity market.

ITSL is flagship company of Indo-Thai Group, which consists of 12 other companies.
